Question about CSA voucher?

I have enrolled for ServiceNow on-demand fundamentals course for CSA Exam and I have completed the course as well.

And also received the mail that I am eligible for voucher. But I am not able to claim the voucher.

Can you suggest me how to redeem the voucher.

Hi @crystal_darling 

You can get voucher,  login to now learning,  go to profile 

And there left side bottom, voucher option is there. You can claim the voucher.

If you have partner portal access it will be free else need to pay$300 to claim it.

Hi @crystal_darling ,

Follow the below steps to get the voucher:

Step1: open your now learning account and click on My voucher under My profile.

Step2: Select CSA  voucher.

Step3: Click on Claim button.

Step4: Select pay using credit card or learning credit and click on continue button.

          (Note: Learning credit option available only if you are working with partner company )

Step5: Select  credit card detail or your Organization name from the Learning credit pool  .Click on Terms &    condition link then tick the checkbox for I have read the terms and conditions.

Step6: Click on proceed payment option .

After that you will be redirected to the page where you can see that you have successfully claimed the voucher.

You can go to My Vouchers and see the available voucher for use.
