RE: Task on (Task Description: View a list of incidents and personalize the list, as well as update

Hey all, 

I was trying to do the task from the course on using filters and i followed all the steps as mentioned in the tasks but unfortunately when i run the filter function i didnt get the out come as it shows in the video, i dont have the assigned to and assignement griup the incidents on my screen were already resolved can anyone help me on this issue on how to get it done? do we need to have the mock data loaded before the task into our instance? if so how can i get the mock data for my instance ? i only have one day left for my instance so i woulöd really appreciate if some one can help me in the mean time for your reference i am sharing the screen shot. thanks in advanceScreenshot (4).png

Hi @YasaswiP 

 

Why you have removed other column from list view . Only ask was to remove 

"Select the Personalize List (gear) icon to remove the "Opened" and "Updated by" columns."

 

In list view ->click on gear icon,

Column should be Number, short description, caller, priority,state, category, assignment group,assigned to , updated,

 

Once all loaded, share the screen shot.

I also kind of same issue , I have done this task, but last 8 number issue "Locate INC0000055 and set the Category to Software." this is not available in my incident then what i suppose to do.
when i clicked validate task , it not getting updated.
