I was trying to do the task from the course on using filters and i followed all the steps as mentioned in the tasks but unfortunately when i run the filter function i didnt get the out come as it shows in the video, i dont have the assigned to and assignement griup the incidents on my screen were already resolved can anyone help me on this issue on how to get it done? do we need to have the mock data loaded before the task into our instance? if so how can i get the mock data for my instance ? i only have one day left for my instance so i woulöd really appreciate if some one can help me in the mean time for your reference i am sharing the screen shot. thanks in advance
