Regarding webassessor account update

Hello,

i need to update my Webassessor account Firstname and Last name , from email certification@servicenow.com no response is there any another way to solve, please help me out.

Log in to Now Learning, go to 'Help Center' and then 'Create a case'.

 

Provide your updated details and they will be able to help you.

you will need to create a *case* in Now Learning to request Webassessor account profile updates.

There is no other way apart from Now Learning Help Center.
