Registration page is showing Payment pending for ServiceNow CSA exam

I have made the payment on 22 Jul 2026 for ServiceNow CSA exam and it is still showing 'Payment Pending' though funds are already taken out of my bank account.  I have raised ticket at help centre but no response from them yet. 

Any recommendations on how I can resolve this? I would like to sit for exam before 31 July.

Immediately raise a case with Now Learning support within Servicenow University for the assistance. They will support on your case.

I had raised case already but there is no response from ServiceNow Help Centre. 

My case number is CS0633219.  I had also checked with my Credit Card company and they have told me that there is no issue from their side.  ServiceNow PADDLE.NET* need to accept the transaction.   I am still facing issue.
