Registration page is showing Payment pending for ServiceNow CSA exam

I have made the payment on 22 Jul 2026 for ServiceNow CSA exam and it is still showing 'Payment Pending' though funds are already taken out of my bank account.  I have raised ticket at help centre but no response from them yet. 

 

Any recommendations on how I can resolve this? I would like to sit for exam before 31 July.

Wait patiently for an official reply from support and follow up through your active ticket, as response times can vary based on request volume.

 

You can track, update, or add comments to your request directly via the Now Support Portal.
