Remediate Duplicate tasks is empty, how to validate a certification task? (task 9)

Remediate Duplicate tasks is empty:
while on the path of CMDB certification i had to terminate the instance several times now.
After the termination I've encounter task 9, Remediate Duplicate, which required to perform several operation on duplicate tasks however the list of duplication is empty and thus I'm not able to validate the task and move on.

I'm going through this now, I have had to terminate my instance 3 times and redo all the tasks. I have completed the requirements and verified 100 times. Completely unacceptable that this is still happening to ServiceNow professionals three years later then this post!
