Dear ServiceNow University Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course and, based on the eligibility criteria, I understand that I should receive a voucher for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.

However, I have not yet received any voucher or further communication regarding the exam. I kindly request you to check and confirm whether I am eligible and advise on the next steps to obtain the voucher.

And go > My Learning > Vouchers

Or check your associated mailbox. It is linked to your name and it is valid for one year, then to claim it you will need to pay 300 USD + VAT (cca 340-360 total, depending on your tax domicile).

There is very frequent misunderstanding - passing any on demand training makes you eligible, I use analogy as you are invited to a concert. Without invitation / without passing the class you don't know about the gig (voucher), but when you arrive there you must pay the admission at the door to get in...

If you cannot see your voucher next to your picture as shown above, then contact ServiceNow via Case (Help centre in the top menu bar). But expect to purchase it in order to claim it..
