Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
-
Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.
-
Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.

I will recommend not posting questions asking for dumps.
You can easily clear the exam using the now learning material, quizlets etc available on internet
Go through the ebook couple of times

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
Thanks for letting me know. I’m already CIS-ITSM certified, this question was raised on behalf of a friend who is currently preparing for the exam and exploring additional practice resources. Appreciate the suggestion to rely on Now Learning and official materials.

yesterday
Hi Abhilasha,
Nice to meet you ! Here is the strategy I have come up with given the busy schedule.
1. Go through the learning video while your are commuting once.
2. Set some time to go through the e-book and practice labs, you can skip the easy ones.
3. Get a Exam prep course mock test from any website, and give it a short. It should provide detailed break-down of which section you are weak based on exam blueprint. Go back to ebook and revise.
4. Get some practice question from any website and try exam, note important point. Soon you will be scoring 85% and above. This is where you can enroll and give the exam. I am attaching my notes based on 700 practice questions. Hope you will find it useful.
