Hello community 

 

I failed in  my first CSA exam  😔 , just i have question if someone can help me 

 

i must have 70 % in each domaine ?

No, you don't need to score in every domain. It's about the total sum.

Hi @boughanmi-sihem 

 

It is true that SN not provide or disclose the passing marks. The only option, you can check with SN is any technical issue ( Bcz recently one of community member get email that his CSA is passed which was failed in 2022). 

 

Else prepare for 1st exam.

Please read my post from earlier:

 

Nobody will know the cut score, as ServiceNow doesn't inform about this: "through Social Media and word of mouth, candidates hear that 70% is the cut score needed to pass an exam, which is a misconception. ServiceNow does not publicly share our cut score."
