Took SNAF course When Based on Tokyo, now its Vancouver for CSA Exam

I took the SNAF (Admin Fundamentals) course in mid September 2023, then had personal stuff delaying my study again until late February 2024.  The course I took, along with the associated ebook and PDI are all based on Tokyo.  What is the best practice to compensate for the gap between releases to prepare for the exam?  Can I obtain an updated ebook and PDI? Or just study release notes and "what's New" articles?  Your recommendations are invited.  Thank you!

Don

Hi @Don Woodman1

Now your exam will be on D.C. release not on Vancouver. To prepare the gap

read the delta study guide for CSA and appear for exam. There are 98% chance no change in questions, but better to go through delta guide.

Thank you Atul.  Is there a path to upgrade my PDI from Tokyo so that I may observe what is described in Vancouver and Washington DC delta guides, aka to reinforce learning? Thanks.

Don

Yes, you can upgrade PDI

Go to developer.servicenow.com
