Sales Expert Accreditation Access

Hello!

I am actively applying to Sales and Customer Support Roles at ServiceNow. I’m confident I have the professional acumen required to succeed in many of these roles, just focused now on building the platform depth to back it up. I came across the below link which i found helpful, but it seems that my company must first hold partner status with ServiceNow before I can access the learning material.

Sales Expert Accreditation

Is there any avenue for independent learners such as myself who are looking to strengthen their applications via platform certificates?  I have already obtained the "Welcome to ServiceNow" badge, what other badges/certificates would you recommend I look into?

@andrewdagnino Based on what you mentioned I think you should take a look at the following Journey/path. The On-Demand trainings should be free of cost however if you are looking any Mainline certifications out of it then I think they are paid and need $300 per certification. I don't recollect anything pertaining to Sales. I think these Career paths are still in progress. Also, note that all Micro Certifications and Accreditations are free as well.

If my response proves useful, please indicate by selecting ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @rajumunta, The link you posted is for inputting Sales and Order Management within the ServiceNow Platform, not a course/learning path to learning how to position (sell) the platform.

If you follow the link in my original post, you will see an option for a Associate Sales Representative in the drop down options. The Role Summary aligns with what i am looking for but i cannot find any way to access the accreditation.
