Scripting and Development courses for CAD Cost

Hi everyone, 

In order to take the CAD certification exam, should I buy the both courses (Scripting in ServiceNow fundamentals + Application Development Fundamentals ) which means pay for USD 1000 or only USD 500 in case?

May I have anymisunderstanding on this point ? Can someone clarify me this please? 

Is it possible to take only one course Scripting or Development ?
