ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals/CSA does not reflect in the Implementer path

I am enrolled to the Associate Implementer path, Completion of the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals/CSA is a Required step of it. I have completed my CSA long ago and it does not capture the credention.

 

Any solution how can I complete this item?

When I click on the Start button it shows the below. DO I still need to follow the course again?
