Hi, I have done my CSA Certification on 2nd April,2025. Now it is showing the expiration date as 2nd April,2025 in my Web Assessor Account. Is it Expired now?
Do I need to take Xanadu delta Exam or Yokohoma delta Exam?

@SravyaT OK if you see it current as per your second screenshot, then I believe it is still valid.
I checked my certs at Webassessor to compare it and there is also no status and the expiration date is the day when I passed all the Deltas (2025 not 2026)...
So it should be fine, or at least I - myself - live in expectations that all my certs are valid 😄 😄 😄

@Dr Atul G- LNG - you're wrong.
@SravyaT - your certification is fine and you don't have to do anything until the Zurich delta exam in early 2026.
The problem of cert issue dates showing the same as the expiration date on Webassessors is a known issue and a fix is currently being worked on.

Expiration should show on NowLearning, so check the status there.
You shouldn't have to take any Delta exam, since the Xanadu Delta is already closed (opened in January) and Yokohama doesn't have deltas.

I have checked it in NowLearning, it is showing the state as current.
But in Webassessor account the state is empty.

Hu @SravyaT
go to ServiceNow University and there are your credentials (certs).
Go here: https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard
and scroll down, you would see your certifications.
Another things is this validation page - search your name and you will see it:
https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate
Last but not least in webassessor you can also see state of your certifications.
If you need assistance, go to ServiceNow University > Help Centre > Create case
Let me know what you found out there.
EDIT: Deltas are required once a year, it was required until April 2025, so if you missed that date your cert is expired and must be renewed.
