ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - Error

Hey guys,

 

I try to take a further step into the Admin Fundamentals but I am not able to start the next module. I watched the previous video again and again and.... but no check appears to let me start the next one. Anyone else with the same problem or a solution for it (preferred ;))?

Logout and login again using incognito/InPrivate browser. 

It should work. I have also faced this issue.

Hi @JanaG ,
- Clear your browser cache and open in incognito window or different browser.
- Logout & Login back again in your instance.
- Watch the previous video again and try to finish till end. 
- If issue still persist raise support ticket through Help center from ServiceNow University to get resolve the issue.
