If it is missing from the instance, raise a support case from the nowlearning portal regarding the same, you should get some help from there.
Same issue occurred with other folks, you can refer to that as well.

Follow steps in below link:
- Review the Now Learning FAQ
- If you are not able to find the information you are looking for in the FAQ, open a case:
- Log in to your Now Learning account at https://nowlearning.service-now.com/lxp
- Select Help at the top of the page
- Select Create a Support Case

I also have this issue, not a tokyo course, guess I'll just open a support case and see what happens.
