There is no such thing as free learning credits. If you work for a partner to ServiceNow, they might be able to help you out or have some internal learning credits. If you do not work for a ServiceNow partner, you instead need to pay according to requirement.

Learning credits is some internal mechanism. The only option is if you are working with partner company you will get some free voucher or learning credit else no way.

You cannot earn learning credits, you need to buy it. 1Credit=1$
