ServiceNOW CSA Certification and study material

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I am new to the ServiceNow. I am preparing for the ServiceNow and wanted to complete the CSA Certification. I have limited budget so decided to study myself. I need help on the following:

1) I need ServiceNow CSA study material (E-book if possible )
2) Is there any mandatory pre-requisites before I appear for the CSA certification?
3)  What is the best approach to complete the training and appear for the CSA certification? I wanted to finish it in the first attempt.
4) Where can I practice the mock exam Q&A?

As an SN trainer, let me share my thoughts and recommendations:

• Use the official CSA eBook as your single source of truth. The eBook provided by SN is available on the Now Learning site, and the training is free of cost. Go through the training, book your exam, and make sure you read the eBook at least 2–3 times. Read it word by word and complete the labs to gain hands-on experience.

• There are no prerequisites for the CSA certification.

• Don’t rely too much on third-party mock exams. If you want additional practice, you can consider MeasureUp, which is SN’s official practice exam platform. However, MeasureUp comes at an additional cost.
