ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand / Now Create / Ticket SLA

Anyone experienced an issue accessing Now Create during this training? Funny part is that I paid the 500$ for the training and now i'm stuck with a support ticket still at status "New" after 48h and with a 4-low priority,

Now Create access is dependent on the account you're logged into. Generally you need to be logging in from a partner or active customer account to access Now Create.

What issues are you facing? In general for support tickets expect some time before answer (even if you paid the 500USD). The reply will come.
