Anyone experienced an issue accessing Now Create during this training? Funny part is that I paid the 500$ for the training and now i'm stuck with a support ticket still at status "New" after 48h and with a 4-low priority,

Hi @dtremblay - did the help desk resolve this for you? I've just enrolled in the same course and I'm facing exactly the same issue of being unable to access Now Create.
