The amount of expertise within the ServiceMax network as well as the documentation and resources that have been provided to truly exude the best practices on how to implement.

The customer is not always right, and it takes a lot of patience and understanding to explain to the customer the best path of implementation. This course needs to be reviewed periodically.

This course helped me connect my hands-on experience to the full implementation lifecycle and understand how each phase contributes to a successful project.
