This course helped me connect my hands-on experience to the full implementation lifecycle and understand how each phase contributes to a successful project. The parts on user stories, sprint planning, and testing stood out the most. They showed me how clear requirements, solid planning, and disciplined execution can make a real difference in the outcome.

It has an insight to IT system management  that I was not privilege to before now.  All the resource material to help with managing it stages, definitely I would be using the reference material in my role as a project Manager going forward.
