Hi Adil,

I learned the entire lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation in details with insights around post implementation activities as well which would be very helpful in successful project closure. Mostly, post Go-live activities are not focused which does not leave positive impact and trust, hence diminishing customer partnership.

This course gave me a clearer picture of what a solid ServiceNow implementation looks like from start to finish. Understanding the right sequence of steps, from initial planning all the way to go-live, is something I will definitely bring into my day-to-day work.

What I appreciated most was how the material linked concepts to practical situations, which made everything easier to absorb. It also helped me look at certain topics from a different angle, even ones I was already familiar with.

All in all, a great learning experience that boosted my confidence for upcoming projects. Thanks to the ServiceNow team for putting this together!

The most important lesson I learned is to use Now Create templates, which are very detailed, to fast track on implementations and to help close any gaps from start to end on a project.
