Hi Adil,

I learned the entire lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation in details with insights around post implementation activities as well which would be very helpful in successful project closure. Mostly, post Go-live activities are not focused which does not leave positive impact and trust, hence diminishing customer partnership.
