Should I claim the voucher which has been expired.

I have completed the ITSM Long before but could not give the certification. I want to do the certification now. Should I claim this voucher as it shows expires 28 september 2023.

I am getting the option to claim it. After paying, will I be able to schedule the examination for this week??

p.s. - I have completed the course once again but I didn't got any extension or new voucher.

did you check again in your Now Learning profile, bcz you wil get the voucher immediately as soon as training over. As you already log a case , better ask update on same.

As others already have stated, you need to create the case through NowLearning to get the NowLearning support. I also have understood that you have already done this, but haven't received a reply - be patience. They will respond after some time.

I found the solution. It does not matter if your voucher has expired. If it is giving you the option to claim it then you can claim it.
As soon as you will claim it, from then onward you will get 1 year to schedule and give the exam.
