Should I claim the voucher which has been expired.

I have completed the ITSM Long before but could not give the certification. I want to do the certification now. Should I claim this voucher as it shows expires 28 september 2023.

I am getting the option to claim it. After paying, will I be able to schedule the examination for this week??

p.s. - I have completed the course once again but I didn't got any extension or new voucher.

I found the solution. It does not matter if your voucher has expired. If it is giving you the option to claim it then you can claim it.
As soon as you will claim it, from then onward you will get 1 year to schedule and give the exam.

Could you please guide me how to claim the voucher. I forgot to claim my voucher which got expired on March 30th 2025.

Hi @DSV22 ,
No worries if your voucher got expired; you will still be able to see the option to claim it. You can simply claim the voucher and use it. As soon as you click on claim, from then onward your validity of 1 year will start.
