SNPI Story 1 - Build a Scoped HHD Application - validation stuck at 57 percent

I am trying to complete the platform implementation on demand course.

One of the labs is stuck at 57% complete, and I have checked and double checked everything.

The only bit I am unsure of is the Challenge item Set the default value for the Prototype Evangelist to be the current user.

It doesn't show what the final result should look like.

Hello,. what I did was to go over the task again and check details.

Then I continued in the course and completed the rest of the items.

The completion score for 'Set the default value was then at 97%'

there is a button at the top which says submit to mark it as complete

Hi @derekkelly, could you please elaborate? I'm still stuck on this lab. 
Is this the right way to set the default value?

Yes you are right...set it to  'javascript:gs.getUserID()'. Click the Green icon to save and don't forget to Click Update button at the top.

Hi @rajumunta thank you so much for your response. 
I think there was a glitch with "My HHD Requests" module. I deleted and recreated it, and the validation finally worked. 
Also, ' javascript:gs.getUserlD() ' worked. I didn't need to change it.

I attempted this lab and found the solution, sharing below for ready reference.

1. On the HHD Application [created by following the steps mentioned in learning course], view the list under 'Application files' header, at the very bottom refer to- 'Prototype Evangelist' with class as 'Dictionary entry'. 

2. Open the 'Prototype Evangelist' record and under related list click 'Show Table'.

3. Update the default value here to javascript:gs.getUserID() and 'Update'

Once done, follow the remaining lab instructions and validate the task. This solution works.

Really worked hard to get here..
