Unable to complete Task 02: Approve requests (ITSM) Zurich

I am working on Task 2 in IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals Simulator (Zurich) and I am stuck at this point: 

Now that the record has been approved at the request level, we need to approve it at the requested item level.

• As Matthew Smith, open and verify the request record which consists of one item. 
• Verify the details of the requested items are displayed by expanding the Description.
• Approve the request.

I am impersonating Matthew Smith, I can see the requested item. If someone could provide clarification on verifying the details of the requested items are displayed by expanding the description, that would be wonderful. Thanks!

could you share a screenshot from that RITM while impersonating Matthew?

With expanding it is meant to collapse/expand some section but without seeing what you see i cannot tell you which one exactly..

What I demonstrated is for menu items but there shall be something similar in the form.

Also, when you try to validate the task, what message do you get?
