Status Completed not showing in Associate Implementers Path

I passed and completed the 'Welcome Service Now Xanadu', as well as completed the micro certification for the same before I started the journey on an 'Associate Implementer'. Who do I need to get in touch to have this fixed.

The main issue is that the journey tracker on my path does not show 1 class as completed.

As per the screenshot, you haven't started the training yet, which is why it's showing this way. Please begin the training to update the status.

Yes, @Dr Atul G- LNG , but the previous screenshot shared by @SherminF shows the micro-cert training HAS been completed. That's the problem.
