Status Completed not showing in Associate Implementers Path

I passed and completed the 'Welcome Service Now Xanadu', as well as completed the micro certification for the same before I started the journey on an 'Associate Implementer'. Who do I need to get in touch to have this fixed.

It looks like ServiceNow haven't updated their system yet to recognise the Xanadu version of the micro-cert within the learning path. Best thing to do is open a support case vai the Learning website and share the images you've shared here.

Correct, otherwise, if the training is already completed, it should show as updated.

Hi @SherminF 

 

No action should be required. Once you sign up for the Associate Implementor Career Journey path, any courses relevant to that journey that you have already completed should be marked as such on the journey course list.

 

If that's not the case, please share a screenshot showing the problem.
