Stuck at 99% in ServiceNow Fundamentals Course

I've been unable to complete my ServiceNow Fundamentals Course, get my badge and voucher code for the CSA exam. It shows I've completed everything under the course but I'm Stuck at 99%. I've raised a ticket but no resolution after a week. I'm new to this and very anxious. Anyone with suggestions/solutions to this? Thanks

Hi Nayan,

I eventually submitted another ticket and it was resolved same day. So i'll say give it a week, if no response, submit another ticket. Hopefully, that will be picked and issue resolved.

 

I got reply after 20 days and it got resolved.

Unfortunately creating a case is the only way to go. From personal experience, I can mention that sometimes cases are answered within one day, sometimes cases are answered after several weeks.
