Support Required for Incident List Customization Task

Hi Team,
I'm trying to complete the View a list of incidents and personalize the list task, but it shows as failed even after following the steps.

I added the filters

State is not Closed

Assignment Group is not empty

Assigned To is not empty

I also clicked Run, but it still failed. The message says I need to

Show only active incidents

Sort Priority 1-Critical at the top

Use the List Editor to update the State for 10 Priority 1-Critical records

Can someone please help me understand what I'm missing?

Did you perform this activity by impersonating the platform user and trying it out? The screenshot shows nothing is wrong, so if it’s still taking time, leave this task and move forward. You need to complete 80% of the lab to get the voucher.

Check if you have updated the Priority field for all the Incidents there and order by Priority.
