Table list in ServiceNow with description

I am looking for all table list with their description. Please can you advice where can I find it?

You can open the table ( sys_db_object ) and get the list.

If you read or try to memorise all the table description or table name ...You will soon be an insane person

As I know ..more than 3000 Table exist in servicenow baseline.

I just want to know why you want all Table Description ..I mean what you try to achieve

I don't want to achieve anything regarding tables. I was just wondering if there is anything. Based on the table name, I am able to understand what does it mean for. However, if you have any good ideas, please share it which will help me learn more. Thanks.
