Hi there,
Which certs to take after CSA, CAD, etc?
That's the wrong question 🙂
You should be thinking of what area do you want to grow in? What area matters for your company, if its a consultancy company where is most work? Etc..
Not people on the community telling you what road to take. That's utterly wrong! What would make sense, if you are into CSM, that you also look at certs nearby, like FSM. Or if you are into Discovery, you also look at certs nearby, like Cloud / Service Mapping / Event Management.
Kind regards,

@Snehal13 It all depends on the product line in which you would like to gain more experience. If you are working with a consulting firm, and working in a project which requires implementation expertise in a specific product line, you may choose to prepare for implementation certification for the same.
Preparing for the certification for the sake of adding them on your resume does not make much sense if you do not work in the associated product line. Such certificates become more of headache during the new releases as one has to clear the delta exams associated with them.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Snehal13 ,
It totally depends on your area of interest.
As you're already CSA and CAD certified, I would suggest you to go for CIS-ITSM or ITIL V4.
Happy learning 🙂
With thanks,
Suraj
