After my first unsuccessful attempt, I terminated the instance and restarted the lab twice.
When it failed again, I followed recommendations from the forum and repeated Tasks 1 and 3 after completing Task 09 once more. However, the validation still fails with the message:
"Did you execute the scheduled job for the Correctness scorecards to update the dashboard? Your results should match the graphic."
To troubleshoot, I verified the following:
The Correctness scheduled job was executed after completing the de-duplication task
The de-duplication task is in Closed Complete state
Only one CI (OWA-SD-01) exists
The CI contains the correct values:
Cost Center: Customer Support
Company: ACME Australia
Assigned to: Kyle Ferri
CMDB Health Dashboard shows:
Correctness = 7%
122 CIs evaluated
No non-compliant CIs found under Duplicate CIs
Despite this, the validation continues to fail.
Additionally, I noticed that the Compliance KPIs show No data availabe. I understand these are not required for this task, but I wanted to confirm whether this could affect validation.
Could you please advise what might be missing or causing the validation to fail?
