Hi everyone,
I’m working on the “Visualize requests for submitted problems, changes, and incidents” task in the ServiceNow lab.
I created a Freeform Visual Task Board named “My Requests,” renamed the lanes (Problem, Incident, Change), and added my Problem record (PRB0040001) using the Form Context Menu → Add to Visual Task Board → My Requests.
The card appears correctly under the Problem lane, but the simulator still fails validation with the message:
“Was a VTB created for My Requests? From the Problem record submitted in a previous activity, were you able to add it to the My Requests VTB?”
I’ve attached screenshots of:
- The Visual Task Board showing the card under Problem
- The validation failure message
- The Problem record form
Could anyone confirm if there’s an additional step or known issue with this lab instance?
