The Learning module is not in sync with Lab instance progress state

I am currently pursuing the Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich) (Course) and performing the assessments in the lab instance. I am stuck at 4th assessment. In the Lab instance, it is successfully completed and also validation is successful making the completion percentage to 57%. However, the assessment window is showing as 'Failed', due to which I am unable to progress with other modules.

I even refreshed the certification window and lab instance multiple times, but not helping. Due to this issue, I also terminated the first instance, requested 2nd instance and recaptured the assessment tasks again from task 1 to 4, but still i don't see any change in the status of the task on the left side panel. Screenshot attached.

This is the expected behaviour. The 62% represents your overall course progress, while the 57% shown in the lab reflects only your completion of the lab activities. Once you complete all the lab activities and review all the learning content, your learning progress will reach 100%. So there's nothing to worry about—just continue completing the remaining learning activities.

It is a deadlock situation for me where neither I am able to proceed further validating the lab task in the simulator window (as the button 'Validate Task' is not appearing even after completing the task in the instance), nor I can progress with other assessment task (since it shows that i need to complete/pass the task 4 to proceed further).

This kind of situation I faced couple of times where you can not progress further (earlier if you are able to progress, next module used to have dependency on previous course)

Just raise a case with Now learning support within servicenow university. From backend , they will fix your issue.
