Trouble logging into accounts.inkling.com

Hi all,

 

I'm having trouble logging into my account on accounts.inkling.com. When I try to click "Forgot Password," I don't receive any email. Do I need to create a separate account, and if so, how do I do that? Or will my NowLearning account work for this?

This helped me. Hope it solves your issue. Also, check "Other" mailbox in outlook. Many times mails in the other category wont show in search results also.

If you did not receive a password reset email after using "Forgot Password," log in to ServiceNow University, go to the Help Center, select Self-Service Options > View More, and use the eBook Account Recovery to request a password reset or resend your welcome email. Ensure your Inkling account is set up and you are enrolled in an eligible course.
