Unable to access ServiceNow University home page

Hi Everyone,

 

When I log in to my ServiceNow university account, it shows a blank page. While I can access any other courses I have bookmarked, the home page of the University shows a clock icon. Is anyone else experiencing the same error?

Thanks for the response. It is same from every browser and even from an In-Private browsing window.

Hey,
Yes this happened with me too. When I opened the ServiceNow University home page, it was just showing the clock icon. What I did was, instead of opening from the homepage, I directly searched the course on Google.

For example, I searched “Now Learning + [course name]” and then clicked the link. From there I was able to access the course directly without any issue.

So maybe try that as a workaround until the homepage problem is fixed.

It could be due to browser cache issues, clear the cache and try again. You can also try logging on to Incognito or InPrivate window of your browser.

 

I checked from my end and it is logging in fine.
