Unable to claim CSA Exam Voucher - I see the Voucher Status as USED

Hi Team,

I have paid for CSA Admin On Demand course on 06th Aug and i have completed the course today and i have earned a badge to the voucher. When i go to My Voucher to check it says i have already used it. Actually that was the voucher which i got last year (2022). I should be able to see some options for the voucher however i am struck here, not sure how to take this forward. I have sent an email however there is no response from the team. Not sure if this will be addressed...Looks like #$330 is gone ????

If it showing already used, seems you used or you missed it. The only solution is log a case and wait for update.
