I have successfully completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course via the Partner Portal. I understand that this course makes me eligible for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam voucher.
However, I’ve noticed that the Now Learning portal UI has changed recently, and I’m unable to locate the section to claim my voucher. The portal now redirects to ServiceNow University, and I’m unsure of the updated steps to proceed.
Could you please guide me on how to claim the voucher and proceed with scheduling the exam via Webassessor?
