Unable to complete Course: Performance Analytics (PA) Advanced On Demand to 100%

These lessons: 

Adoption Journey
Report Building Techniques
Responsive Dashboards

never show up as completed how many ever times I try. I make sure to click all buttons, images, links  through every nook and corner of the lesson, but still shows as incomplete.

Has anybody completed this course. Please help. I am struggling for the past 3 days. Since the course is at 86% I am unable to claim the voucher.

If you completed 80% of labs and then you can submit the course. or raise the Now learning case.

Got it - then the only solution is to create a case through LowLearning to have the ServiceNow team help you out.

Were you finally able to find a solution? I'm having the same problem (the course freezes at 87%). And creating a case hasn't helped.

Even i am facing the same issue and course is not completed 100% its stuck on 91% where i have completed all the section and played all the videos.

If you done 80% and above , you can submit the lab and you will get the cert. Sometime it is data issue in instance.
