Unable to link webassessor email address in now learning portal

Hi Team,
I am unable to link up my webassessor email address in my now learning. It is showing an error like below even i am entering the same mail id with which i have registered.
How can i fix this. Can anyone please help me on this?

We are aware of this. The problem is not the email address.
The WebAssessor login ID can be an email address, which is the problem therein itself. If I used my email address as my login ID, how will Now Learning know the difference? I have already posted the answer anyway. See above. As provided by the official ServiceNow helpdesk.

create case from Now Learning account and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.
