I can't register Webassessor ServiceNow account

So I have to link Webassessor account in order to take the exam. I tried to create an account, I click save and it says "You are logged out, thank you for using Webassessor." There is no email notification that my account has been created or any confirmation at all. When I try to log in, it says incorrect login info.

What is going on? How do you guys sign up for Webassessor?

 

According to SN article, I should receive a message stating that it is successful after I create an account. However, it gives me "you are logged out" instead. I didn't even log in to begin with. What is wrong with this website?

The signup form is poorly designed to begin with. It doesn't even check if the password and re-enter password are matched.

Have you tried the option Forgot Password?

Enter your Login ID below, then you should receive an email to reset your password.

You can link your Webassessor Email Address in Now Learning.

1. Open My Profile page

2. Navigate to My Preferences > Webassessor Email Address

I used a different computer to register and it worked. Now, I tried to link my Webassessor email to ServiceNow but it tells me that I have to wait 36 hours (see image below). Does this mean 36 hours from the moment create an account with Webassessor?

Yes, need to wait. or log a case of SN and webassessor support to get this fixed.
