Unable to register for an exam in webassessor

My NowLearning account is linked properly with webassessor, however, when I login to webassessor to register for the CAD exam ( I already have a valid voucher), I get this message: 

To register for an exam, please select an exam from the list below.

however, there is nothing in the list below, the page is empty, I already tried different browsers, not working

Hi @Mohamed8 

During the Exam Maintenance Window, you will be unable to view the exam catalog or register for an exam.  Maintenance window.

• Last date to test on the Utah version of exams: October 31, 2023
• Exam Maintenance Window begins: November 1, 2023
• Exam Maintenance Window ends: November 15, 2023
• First date to complete Vancouver version of exams: November 16, 2023

You can't book any exam due to the maintenance window. You can book the exam only after 15th Nov not before that.

Hi @Mohamed8 ,

We currently have an exam blackout period which will end November 15, 2023 due to the release of Delta exams for the vancouver release. Please sign back in at the 16th of November where you should be able to book your exam.

Just wait some hours, according to this post: https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/certification-maintenance-program-a... there is not mentioned any timezone, by according to ServiceNow headquarter in santa clara, colifornia, it's still Wednesday at 23:26.

Hello @AndersBGS  But even now when it is 16 Nov as per Santa Clara I cannot see any certification, guessing the only option is to wait.
