Unable to register for CAD Exam

I am getting : Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. If you need help linking accounts submit a case to ServiceNow. When I go to register my exam, my webassessor is linked properly but then also showing same message.

It seems like you haven't applied the Voucher code.

After I applied the voucher and click the apply button only this message appeared.

Looks like your Now Learning and Web assessor is not mapped. Please check the Now learning once for the same.

@Nikhil C Looks like your web-assessor email is not linked with your now learning account. Please refer to this knowledge article https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/link-your-webassessor-account-to-now-learning?... to know steps to link both the accounts.'

Once linked, you will be able to use the voucher code and register for the exam.
