Unable to rewind or navigate video sections in ServiceNow University

Hi all,

While going through courses on ServiceNow University, I encountered an issue with video navigation.

Specifically, when attempting to rewind or jump to a previously watched section:

The video either restarts from the beginning

Or skips directly to the end

Because of this, I am unable to re-watch specific parts of the content, which affects the learning experience.

I wanted to check if this is a known issue or if anyone has found a solution/workaround.

Any help would be appreciated.

I haven’t encountered this issue before in any of my courses, so it might just be a browser-related issue. Try clearing your cache and testing again. If the issue still persists, please log a new Learning Case.
