Did recently joined a new organization that is a ServiceNow partner. I am trying to update my Webassessor email id in the nowlearning portal. It shows that a verification email id has been sent to the Webassessor email but I have not received any. Tried the process multiple times and have not received any verification mail. Created case CS0228348 in the nowlearning before 7 days but no response from the team. Can someone guide me on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

If this doesn't work send an email to certification@servicenow.com sometime it takes long for servicenow team to reach you.

Hello!
The solution links provided above DO NOT WORK. Can someone look into this issue? I have a web assessor account that was created almost a month ago, and I am still not able to link it in my ServiceNow side -
It says "We have sent an verification email to your Webassessor email." when I enter the web assessor email ID, but the email never arrives.
