I completed CSA exam. I gave certification visibility option YES in Webassessor but i could not verify the completed status under partner portal.

Hello Padmavathy,
Congratulations on clearing your CSA exam. It takes some time (may be a day or two) to get synced between 2 portals. If its not shown even after that, then send a mail to certification@servicenow.com and they should be able to help you.

Hi,
If you're referring to the partner portal > profile > certifications section, then a few things need to happen:
1) Please allow 48 hours for the certification to show within your NowLearning portal (so not partner portal)
2) You may need to manually add it to your partner portal once it shows on your NowLearning portal, there's a button at the above navigation I mentioned to manually add it (you will need the certification name, certification date, certification number). This will search your account for this certification as well as any others it can find with the same email and attempt to add them all for you.
3) If the certification could have been taken under another email address, not the one assigned to your partner portal (which is a common possibility), you can click on the chat looking icon right there on your screen as your looking at your partner portal profile certification section and chat with a representative there who can assist you pretty quickly.
