Hi Community, this is first of many posts, I expect!
I am currently working my way through a Service-now implementation and we plan to go live in 6 weeks.
I have to start getting all the users trained and ready for this new solution, I would like to see some example User training guides to help me develop my own, unfortunately I can find any!
We also have three groups a user could fall into, Basic user, Super user and then Admin, has anyone here had a similar separation of users and that could advice me on how you tackled training or what privileges on the Service-now environment each user had?
Thanks,
JM

I have created few but all are unique to the companies and due to NDA I can't make them available.
Typically the guides should be very unique due to the nuances of deployment and your ITSM needs.
Remember during training the end user /customer buy in starts.
If you don't train the value add and how Service Now will enhance existing ITSM process and make their life easier, it makes the rollout tougher than it needs to be..

Hi Zhen - that's a very old document and definitely not recommended. The Doc team has put together some fantastic wiki books. These are introductory books for ESS users and ITIL/Process users.

Hope that helps,
