Hi all,
I am facing issue getting voucher after completing the ON Demand course for Servicenow Administrator, I get to the vouchers page where I am asked to claim the voucher but after that getting below message, could you possibly help? Not getting the button to click 'pay and begin'. My company is servicenow partner.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Voucher
You are now eligible to take the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator exam.
To receive your voucher, click "Pay and Begin". Upon completing this process, your voucher code will be sent to your Now Learning account email address. The voucher code will also be accessible from the My Vouchers page of your profile.
If you decide not to claim your voucher right now, you can do so at a later time from the My Vouchers page in your Now Learning account. You will have one year from the date of course completion to both claim your voucher and complete the corresponding certification exam in Kryterion/Webassessor.
Note: This is a one-time use, non-transferable, non-refundable certification exam voucher redeemable in Kryterion/Webassessor. If you fail your first attempt, all retakes (up to 3 attempts) can be purchased in your Webassessor catalog. Credit Card processing is handled by a 3rd party (Digital River), and your credit card information is not stored in Now Learning. For more information on vouchers and payments, please refer to the Certification FAQ.
Non-transferability: ServiceNow certification exam vouchers are valid for use only by the candidate for whom the exam voucher was issued and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, shared, or exchanged with or to any other individual. Candidates should not purchase, accept, or use an exam voucher that is not issued to the candidate directly by ServiceNow. ServiceNow certification exam vouchers may only be redeemed for the specific certification intended. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in immediate confiscation of the exam voucher without a refund and termination of the candidate's participation in any current or future ServiceNow certification programs and training courses.

Getting the same error and i have an open case with servicenow. Frustrating situation.
Update: I was able to successfully purchase my voucher yesterday. I had to unlink my webassessor account and relink it and the "Pay and Begin" showed up.

I paid for the voucher but I do not receive the email, I can see the code in the miwi vouchers, yet the steps were correct, I got the badge at the end of the course, I made a claim, paid for the voucher, received the payment email, but I do not receive the second email with the code to book the exam, I have opened a case with all the screens, but I have not yet received an answer.

I completed my ServiceNow fundamental On Demand course. Once I completed the course , claimed the Voucher and paid for it and then I see nothing. I did the link and unlink but no luck. Opened tickets entered multiple notes but no response.

I'm encountering the very same symptoms as most in the thread. I've completed all the required perquisites, linked my Webassessor email, I earned the Voucher badge and yet I can't claim. I opened a case with support.
Questions - is contacting support the only fix? Does anyone have an actual support phone number?
My case has been opened for over a week with no action.
